Smoking our beef brisket takes up to 14 hours. Served with our Britt’s Sauce, it can’t be beat.

Our tri-tip is smoked up to 5 hours and thinly sliced.

Our pork is smoked for up to 14 hours, pulled, and covered with our signature Britt’s BBQ sauce.
