You Should Try
It started with “only on Fridays”, but it’s so incredible it’s now an everyday item! Smoke battered then fried. Served with tots & cornbread. It’s the best fried chicken you’ve never had!
The filet mignon of ribs. Our premium baby back ribs are seasoned with our secret spice-rub, then smoked low and slow with hickory wood. And finished over the fire grill with a glaze of grandma’s BBQ sauce!
Smoking our beef brisket takes up to 14 hours. Served with our Britt’s Sauce, it can’t be beat.
